The wide cotton bias is designed for larger sewing projects. It can also be used for aesthetic or fancy purposes, but these are usually secondary. Cotton bias is available in over 9 colors - Sold by 5.46 yards and dimensions are : Width 30mm folded (as shown on the plate) - then 60mm fully open. This bias can be used to finish the edges of your thicker creations, with quilting or otherwise, it can be used for bags, cushions, plaids, blankets... Please note that the bias cannot be pre-washed before sewing. It is sold ready-to-use. What you can always do, however, is steam-iron it to remove the manufacturing primer. It will then be softer, easier to place and sew. It's best to sew it in 2 steps. I've put together a short tutorial for you, which you'll find in the images.
