In the Cuzco region, they find their "Chuncho" cacao which grows relatively near Machu Picchu, one of the new seven wonders of the world. This magical region and its cacao inspired them to make this chocolate that offers a deliciously sweet fruit flavor at the outset that slowly dissipate to leave a light herbal freshness. With this chocolate, they may have created what the Incas could have achieved with their cacao.
