It’s so comfortable and easy to recline and get into and out of for my disabled nana we love it the recliner is strong.Not so easy to put together. Need to keep all bolts loose until finished. But very comfortable, light weight, and works very smooth. Heading to the porch for a nap now...Very comfortable and easy to put together. Came undamaged!!The chair is very comfortable for my wife who has a bad back. It is adjustable, and the cushion is soft but supportive. The chair and table took a bit of time to assemble, but that's par for the course these days.The chair has one significant flaw: The top corners are sharp--they sliced right through a very nice canvas cover (bought separately). I recommend attaching some kind of padding to the corners before wasting your cover.I purchased two of these chairs and they were everything I had hoped they would be and they are exactly as described by the manufacturer. There is only one downside.......at least for me. I have two very young grandchildren and three dogs. There is no doubt in my mind that at one point during the first year one or maybe both of the chair cushions will experience some sort of staining or damage. Because I really REALLY love these chairs, I decided to take a preemptive step and order two replacement cushions to keep in storage for just that event. However, when I went to the manufacturer's website, I did not find any mention of cushions. A Customer Service/Support card had been included with the instructions so I called the service number. I was informed that Customer Service would be happy to replace the cushions for free within the one year warranty.....but the company does not sell replacement cushions. These chair cushions are very unique and even though I have tried to find suitable replacements at Home Depot/Target and Walmart, I was unsuccessful. Therefore, if anything happens to the cushions after one year, I will not be able to replace them. Unfortunately, that tells me I would have to replace the entire chair set since I purchased two and I would like them to match. That is a problem.The chair is amazing. More importantly to me, the customer service extended to me when I had a question, was above and beyond!!!! Definitely will go back for future orders!Love the color. Large seat. Easy assembly. Downside...hard seats. Not enough cushion foam. Brick like after a while. Didn't expect this. Seat is too deep so had to buy pillows to shorten the length (bought on Amazon too). Back reclines only as legs go up. Can't do them separately. In spite of all this I like the looks and sturdiness and I think returning them would be a nightmare.We ordered 4 of them for our screened in porch; took approximately an hour to put all of them together with 2 adults and a drill. They are heavy at 61lb each; the frames look like they should last for a long time.Now the BUTS - the cushions are not well padded, and if you ever want to replace them good luck. Don't know if you can order replacements from the company or not; but if you want thicker more padded cushions will have to make them yourself.I would like a 2 option reclining positions so that you could put your feet up and still have the back upright in a chair position; this is all or nothing.Because of the depth of the seat (this is really nice for tall people) and the thinness of the cushions there is minimal head support; there needs to be a pillow/head rest. If I cant find some I am going to make some that have long straps that I can either tie or velcro to the back of the frame.I might seem highly critical; these are nice chairs and we are keeping them. I just want to be helpful. These are just some points that I would have liked to have heard prior to purchasing.
