The sofa arrived earlier than expected. 2 big boxes one day and then the seat covers in a small box the next day. It took us about 2 hours to put together. I love it, it is exactly what I was looking for. The large arm rest are nice to set drinks on and the cushions are comfortable. The back of sofa is a little taller than others I looked at so that’s why I chose this one but still could be a little taller for my 6’2 husband.The good and the bad.The couch shipped quickly.Like others have commented, it’s fairly easy to assemble just tedious with the little wrenches.Someone else also commented about the Velcro being installed in the wrong place and I had the same issue on one of my seats. And it turned out to be the first seat I tried to assemble so I spent a good 30 minutes trying to figure out what I was doing wrong because I knew the Velcro should go in the back but it turned out the Velcro was just placed on the side of the seat instead of the rear. I’ll probably just buy some Velcro to fix it.The bottom cushions are good and comfortable, but like others have also stated, the back cushions are not very comfortable. They go flat when you lean against them but I just bought quality throw pillows and it’s fine.My biggest issue was two of my seat frames were bent. When I tried to assemble them, the seats were wonky and would not line up. I emailed the company and they were very responsive and got back to me right away. The only bummer was it took about two weeks to get my replacement parts but I have them now and everything worked out.Overall the couch seems sturdy and looks nice. My son is 6’2 and he thinks it’s a little short but this couch is one of the taller ones in this price range. I don’t want to spend more than $1000 for an outdoor couch so for what I paid this couch is fine. And I thought the customer service was good. You don’t want to have to try and ship back a couch!Great product! Quick delivery! It was simple to put together. It’s actually more comfortable than I thought it would be. We love coming outside and sitting on the back porch now.Go ahead and buy this 12 piece because this it the only furniture you will be able to purchase this many pieces, for this price and it is of good quality! We stopped thinking about buying it initially because of shipping cost (additional 300 something $) going out of our budget. Then my husband decided to look locally and the prices were $1,000 to $3,000 and not as many pieces of furniture. So he told me to go ahead and order the 12 pieces (in tan/sand).It was nice to finally have decent furniture on our patio to host company!!! It’s going to take a lot to make those seat buckle though I don’t know the weight limit it is for them.We received our boxes A and B first( furniture, cushions, and pillows) and waited 2-3 days for the sand colored covers for the pillows and cushions to come in.I personally cannot speak about if it was easy or difficult to assemble but it eventually was assembled and by the looks of other reviews many people can figure it out. I know it’s easy for my husband to also rearrange or break seats up ( have individual seats instead of creating a couch) if you need/want to.Buy this so when your friends see it they will want to buy too and you both will have comfortable outdoor seating when you visit each home !!!It did take me a bit to assemble. About 3.4-4 hours just with all the pieces. My husband helped on one corner piece but I did the rest myself. I haven’t tied down the pillows yet cause I’m going to put the U-piece attachments on tomorrow but I think it looks great. Comfy for just hanging and my cat even loves it ??Really happy with the outdoor patio sectional. The wicker is alittle fragile. I tired the pieces over to attach the clips to keep it all the prices together and the wicker easily scuffed. Nothing too bad but just make sure u put a drop cloth down if your laying it on its side on concrete. I put it together on top of the cardboard it came in to make sure it wasn't damaged while assembling. The instruction were wrong. Telling me to use the wrong bolts but just use common sense and you'll be fine.I like the quality and that everything came well packaged , 4 boxes.
