Chocolatiers from father to son since 1884, Andre Morin founds the Chocolaterie A. Morin in 1958. Since then, they created artisan chocolate in accordance with the chocolate-making tradition. The carefully selected cocoa beans are then roasted, crushed, and conched to be transformed in chocolate in their factory in the south of France. This is what they call" From bean to bar."
