UPDATE: I raised my review to 5 stars just simply that the larger size is comfortable by covering more of my legs than the Vive cushion I have does. I turn it upside down so the waterproof side is on the bottom. The Vive is much better for sore legs, but it is too small for my needs. This cushion feels fairly good on long sits and supports evenly and firmly even if it is a bit stiff.Also, the Vive cushion tends to push me out of the chair unless pushed up to the front edge of the chair because it is too small, so this cushion is easier to use as a result while barely soft enough to work.I suspect that this cushion's stiffness holds up better over time without losing support and the memory foam on the Vive seems a bit over worked as a smaller size. I would rather have the Vive this size though if they made them larger.ORIGINAL REVIEW:The seat cushion is way too stiff and uncomfortable to provide sore and pain relief by itself on my big and tall leather office computer chair.My Vive 20" x 16" is much more comfortable and does a great job providing sore and pain relief but it is too small and they do not make a larger size unfortunately. I bought this larger seat cushion to fit the larger seat better and found it too stiff and uncomfortable to use.I ended up using this seat cushion under the Vive seat cushion on my older office chair with a broken gas prop. This seat cushion was great as a way to gain seat height because the gas prop is broken, and it sat too low to the ground.Now I get my old favorite chair back because this seat cushion raised the seat height to the proper level and the Vive seat cushion on top of it made it comfortable. The only problem now is that the arm rests are too low, but I bought some arm rest pads to help for that by giving them more height as well.This seat cushion seems well built and made to take pressure relief over large areas but is not soft enough to prevent sores or swollen feet from gaming too long.
